Alaska Highway from Delta Junction to Dawson, Creek, Canada

The drive along the Alaska Highway from Delta Junction to Dawson Creek will take you through Yukon and British Columbia in Canada. The map says the driving time is just over 28 hours. This time doesn't allow for gas stops, breaks, photo ops or wildlife on the road. The Alaska Highway is around 1422 miles long. It's not uncommon for people to take more than a week to drive it and take in the wonders. We drove the length of the Alaska Highway in just over five days. I don't recommend that, but we were on a deadline.

Here's the map link for the length of the Alaska Highway, and here's the link for my earlier post. After driving the Alaska Highway from Delta Junction to Dawson Creek, we turned south toward Glacier National Park.
